Refund Policy

Founding Cohort Commitment Deposit

To join the Founding Cohort waitlist, applicants must submit a $100 Founding Cohort Commitment Deposit. The Commitment Deposit reserves the applicant’s opportunity to be considered for a limited number of Founding Cohort positions. If the applicant is offered and accepts a spot in the Founding Cohort, the Commitment Deposit will be applied toward the program fee. If the applicant is not offered a spot, the Commitment Deposit will be refunded.

Acceptance of Offered Spots

Applicants offered a spot in the Founding Cohort must accept the offer and pay the remaining balance within seven (7) days of receiving the offer. Because Founding Cohort positions are limited, any applicant who does not accept the offer and pay the remaining balance within seven (7) days may forfeit the offered spot, which may then be offered to another applicant, and their Commitment Deposit will not be refunded.

Program Fee

The Founding Cohort tuition is $550, which includes the $100 Commitment Deposit. Applicants who accept an offered spot must pay the remaining $450 balance within seven (7) days of acceptance.

Refunds After Enrollment

Because Law School Performance Lab provides access to proprietary educational materials, individualized coaching, and personalized feedback, all program fees are non-refundable once a participant accepts a Founding Cohort position and submits payment. No refunds will be provided based on academic performance, grades, GPA, class rank, exam scores, internship opportunities, employment opportunities, or other educational outcomes.

Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session must provide reasonable advance notice. Law School Performance Lab will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Missed coaching sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund.

Exceptions

Law School Performance Lab reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances, in its sole discretion.
